Registration

Registration Server

One can register, pay the registration fee, and reserve rooms at the conference venue via our registration server.

Invitation Letter

One can apply for an invitation letter during the registration procedure, and an invitation letter will be sent after the payment of the registration fee.

Registration Fees

• Early Registration (Until Oct 31, AoE)
  • Regular: 3800 CNY (≈ 570 USD)
  • Student: 2800 CNY (≈ 420 USD)
• Late Registration (From Nov 1, AoE)
  • Regular: 4500 CNY (≈ 670 USD)
  • Student: 3500 CNY (≈ 520 USD)

At least one regular registration is required for each accepted paper.

The registration fee includes admission to all sessions of ISAAC 2026, the welcome reception on Dec 6, the lunches on Dec 7-9, and the banquet on Dec 8.

Accommodation

We provide a limited number of rooms with special discounts at the conference venue. After payment of the registration fee, one can reserve a room via the registration server.

• Standard Twin Room: 600 CNY per night
• Standard Queen Room: 600 CNY per night
• Superior Twin Room: 750 CNY per night
• Superior Queen Room: 750 CNY per night

There are also budget-friendly hotels (for example, Orange hotel and JI hotel) near the university campus, which is roughly 2km away from the conference venue.

Cancellation

• Until Oct 31, 2026 – 90% of the registration fee will be refunded
• After Oct 31, 2026 – No refunds
